Eagle Scout:

1) His record of Satisfactory service, as a First Class Scout, shall have been for a period of at least one full year.

2) He shall have qualified for twenty-one merit badges, which shall include

(1) First Aid, (2) Life Saving, (3) Personal Health, (4) Public Health, (5) Cooking, (6) Camping, (7) Civics, (8) Bird Study, (9) Pathfinding (10) Pioneering, (11) Athletics or Personal Development

Page 397 shows a scoreboard which lists:

  1. A First Class Scout (service 1 year) signed ___________ Scoutmaster

        Practicing the Oath, the Law, the Motto, the Good Turn

  1. Earnestly trying to develop leadership ability
     

  2. Qualify for 21 Merit Badges (with list of required badges and Ten additional blanks with space for “Passed on______”)

This is the same as the 1935 printing.
